Our Story

30Apothecary was brought to life through a simple conviction: the same God who designed our bodies to heal also filled the earth with exactly what we need to help them successfully thrive.

Mushrooms, herbs, roots & minerals are Gods creations that have supported human health for centuries. It's important before we talk about immune support, detox, or energy, we start from the belief that renewal, deep renewal is something God does in the whole person: mind, body & spirit. 

Pslam 51:10 "Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me." 

Proverbs 4:23 "Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life." 

My passion for healing through God's design was planted at a young age. I spent many precious years with my grandmother as she used natural remedies while cleansing and supporting her body through cancer. Her house always smelled like clove or oregano. She once made a pact with me that I would drink barley grass every day for a year, & I credit my love for superfoods back to those years.

When I was 4 years old, I remember finding a book that peaked my interest at a shelf just my height, right outside my grandmas bedroom door, with the sunlight shinning in from the window behind me. This book was a special one, a soft cloth material to make it presentable to four year old me to understand having many more visuals than words. The book was the story of Matthew 14:13-21, the miracle account of Jesus having compassion for the large crowd of people & healing the sick; feeding 5,000 men and their families with just five loafs of bread & two fish. Even at the young age of 4, the Love & Heart of Jesus through this book spoke directly to mine. I eagerly carried the book to my grandma, who was in the bathroom, & told her, "I want to be like Jesus." I remember her asking me a few questions before gently leading me in accepting Jesus into my heart as my personal Lord and Savior that day. 

I truly believe that no one is ever too young or too old to receive Jesus. I will never forget that moment. I'm sure the date we wrote on the bathroom door has long since been painted over after twenty-four years, but Jesus & the healing only He brings to this world is renewed in me daily through prayer and thanksgiving.

My prayer is that each one of you encounters the love of God if you haven't already. His love is great enough to meet you wherever you are.
